Optimizing Employee Stay: Key Insights into H-1B, L-1A, and L-1B Time Limits Employers need to be aware of the maximum periods of stay for H-1B, L-1A, and L-1B visa categories. H-1B allows for a six-year maximum stay, with the possibility of extensions for green card processing. L-1A has a seven-year limit, while L-1B is capped at five years.
