A federal judge has extended the temporary block on Trumpβs order that bans international students from entering the U.S. to study at Harvard. The order is now valid until June 23, while the court considers a longer injunction. Harvard claims the ban is retaliation for not complying with government demands and violates its First Amendment rights. Nearly 6,800 international students would be affected if the ban takes effect.

On DACAβs 13th anniversary, Obama posted a statement defending the program and criticizing current immigration crackdowns.
