βImportant USCIS fee changes for 2025: Key changes you can't missβ
On January 6, 2025, USCIS published the updated Form G-1055, Fee Schedule, which includes important changes like new filing fees for certain forms, including Form G-325A and Form G-1566. The update also clarifies fee exemptions and waivers for forms like I-131, I-765, and I-485. These changes are essential to ensure correct fee payments when filing petitions or applications, as incorrect fees can lead to rejection. The new fees will be effective for filings postmarked on or after April 1, 2024.

βUSCIS mandates new form I-129: Key updates for H-1B, L-1, and O-1 visasβ
Starting January 17, 2025, USCIS will require the new Form I-129 (01/17/25 edition) for H-1B, L-1, and O-1 visa petitions, rejecting submissions with the older version. Updates include revised H-1B rules like specialty occupation definitions, enhanced cap-exempt qualifications, and reinstated deference for extensions. A preview of the form is now available.
